Given that we spend most of
our waking hours at work, the quality of our work life is a
critical determinant of our happiness. As a company, we are

| 1. Information
technology |
We seem to be among the few
companies in India making a living out of delivering an
enterprise-class application in the SaaS mode. We are on
J2EE with a lot of open-source components thrown in.
We are looking for programmers and team leaders to work on
our web application. Even if you are experienced, we may ask
you to take an aptitude test. If you have a degree from a
top-notch institute, it would be great. However, we are
equally enthusiastic about talking to those who may have
dropped out of school or failed tenth standard, but can code
damn well.
Our lead developer works out of his residence somewhere in
Kolkata. He probably feels comfortable programming, in his
pyjamas. (What the heck! It is his pyjamas, and the
arrangement works well for us too). At this point in time,
all other technology positions are based in Chennai. We are
quite open to our programmers working from home or any other
remote location after they spend some time with our team in
Chennai.

| 2. Payroll operations |
Our payroll operations team is
responsible for payroll output delivery. If you have
experience in managing payroll in India either as part of a
payroll vendor or as part of a payroll department in a
company, we may want to talk to you. We are looking for
experienced payroll professionals at all levels. The
positions in payroll operations are open in our offices in
Chennai, Bangalore, and Delhi.
