T E Gautham - Chief Executive Officer, TIBS
	Gautham has over 12 years of experience in Management and Information Technology consulting, in companies such as Tata Consultancy Services Limited, India’s largest IT consultancy and ICRA Limited, a credit rating and consulting company. Prior to joining TIBS, Gautham co-founded and managed Appscale Technologies, a company that delivered HR software as a service, until Appscale merged into TIBS. Gautham holds a master's degree in finance from Cass Business School in London, in addition to a master's degree in business administration from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and a bachelor's degree in electronics and communication engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
